  • What happens after submitting my enquiry

    Once we have received your enquiry, a dedicated account manager will respond to your enquiry within 24 hours.

  • Can I see any mockups before confirming my orders?

    Yes! Our design team will share visual mockups (usually within a few hours)  to ensure everything is satisfactory. Upon confirmation, we will then proceed for production.

  • Can I see physical product samples?

    Definitely! Just inform the account manager servicing you and he will ensure you receive the samples asap.

  • What are the accuracies of the final product

    We pride ourselves to achieve your desired quality as much as possible. Do understand that there will be +/- 5 to 10% difference from the visual artwork provided.

  • Cancelling of orders

    Unforeseen circumstances do happen. Cancelling of orders is permitted up till before production.

    Once, the order is into the production of imprinting your logo/design, we are unable to cancel your order anymore.

  • How do I confirm my orders?

    Your dedicated account manager will walk you through the entire process from, handling your enquiries all the way to ensuring you are satisfied with the visual mockups.

    Only when you are happy with the visual mockups and are ready to confirm the order, then, we proceed with production.

Artwork & Design

  • What logo/design files do you need?

    For optimum results, please provide high resolution AI, PSD,EPS & PDF files.

  • Accuracies of logo/design colours imprinted

    Kindly provide us with the Pantone codes for each colour needed. If you do not have pantone code for your logo/design, our design team will try to match your desired outcome as much as possible.

    Kindly note that, there will be an inevitable of +/- 5% difference from the visual mockup shared to you.

  • Do I need to provide my branding guideline?

    Of course! Please send us your branding guidebook in order for us to adhere to your logo/design usage guideline.

  • Do you provide any design services

    Yes we do! There will be a design fee depending on the extent of the scope of work.

  • Quality of printing.

    We aim to make every pixel perfect. We will not settle for bad quality. If you are unhappy with the end product received, we will do anything we can to set things right.

Shipping & Delivery

  • How long is the delivery timeline?

    It really depends on the quantity and complexity of customisation. Upon discussion with your account manager, then he/she will be able to provide an accurate and realistic timeline.

    Usually the lead time starts upon confirmation of order.

  • COVID 19 siituation

    For large quantity orders that need to be manufactured overseas, kindly do note that COVID 19 has caused major disruption to the supply chain and custom clearance causing longer lead time than usual.
